This page summarises the main projects I have worked on. The ✦ symbol is used to denote projects which I worked on as part of a team. Each section is ordered by most recently to least recently worked on.

Open source:

  • iron_middlefiddle: A macro which makes route specific middleware much easier to accomplish in the Iron web framework.

  • DeltaE: A pure-Rust implementation of the CIEDE2000 algorithm, which serves to quantify the difference between two colours.

  • Specify: A Sketch plugin for quickly generating a rectangle or oval with specific dimensions and positioning.

  • Save in Ember: A Chrome extensions which adds a “Save in Ember” button next to Dribbble shots.

  • Basket.css: A no-clutter starting point for a small websites.

Closed source:

  • Ditto: A plugin which adds variables to Photoshop.

  • A place for designers looking for a Dribbble invite to submit their work. (July 2012 – October 2013)

  • Interface Tools: A custom Photoshop panel which houses the tools most frequently needed by interface designers.


  • A blogging platform that does away with all of the complexity, leaving just the writing. (March 2015 – July 2016, left Realmac Software)

  • Typed: A minimal writing app and markdown editor for the Mac. (December 2014 – November 2015, acquired)

  • Clear: A to-do and reminders app used by over 2.5 million people. (May 2013 – July 2016, left Realmac Software)

  • Ember: Allows you to easily capture and store images (and videos) that inspire you. (May 2013 – July 2016, left Realmac Software)

  • RapidWeaver: An all-in-one web design app you can use without writing a line of code. (May 2013 – July 2016, left Realmac Software)
