Dead Men Tell No Tales

Things have been quiet around here this past week. That’s mainly due to my focus being on completing Readership’s current milestone before my folks come out to visit at the end of the week. I’ve been toying with a new side project as well though—my first real one in a long while. The idea is pretty simple: answer the question “just how fast can a large site be statically generated?”.

I’m surfacing just long enough to note that one of my all-time favourite franchises has released a new trailer, the soundtrack for which is by one of my all-time favourite artists. Consider me alive and very, very excited.

As I’m here, Cash’s two prison performances are, in my book, some of the greatest live performances ever captured on tape: “At San Quentin” and “Folsom Prison Blues”.
